  • q-iconAre you able to serve and care for adults who are incontinent?

    Yes. Those in need will be provided with full assistance.

  • q-iconAre you able to care for adults with difficult behaviors, or aggressiveness?

    With appropriate activities, atmosphere and the right approach, our staff can help minimize aggressive and/or difficult behaviors. However, if a person becomes a threat to themselves, and/or our staff and participants, we’ll work with the family to find another solution.

  • q-iconHow much will it cost a guest to attend your adult day care?

    Our daily cost is $55 for an 8-hour period, Monday – Friday. WE CAN BILL MEDICAID, and MY CARE OHIO’s United, Buckeye, Care Source, Passport, Waiver and Care Coordination.

  • q-iconWhat are your hours?

    Monday through Friday: 7:30am – 4:00pm. We are closed on major holidays.

  • q-iconIs there any financial assistance available?

    We accept Medicaid Waiver clients. Also, our center is certified through the Area Agency on Aging and is able to accept guests that are on Medicaid, MyCare Ohio’s United, Buckeye, Caresource, Waiver, Care Coordination, Passport 10A & Passport 10B. Some private insurance companies have also started paying for Adult Day Centers. We can help you with submitting claims. We also have a financial assistance program available to those that qualify. You can ask the office for an application

  • q-iconDo you provide transportation services for those who need it?

    YES! We are able to provide transportation to and from the center for an additional fee. We are also able to provide transportation to medical appointments.

  • q-iconWhat will guests do during the day under your care?

    Daily activities include physical exercise, social interaction, live entertainment, arts and crafts, stimulating games and activities –such as the Wii- memory games, writing letters, playing cards and puzzles and much more!

  • q-iconDo you offer medical care?

    We have an RN on staff that is able to administer meds to clients if they have a prescription from their physician. We also have a physical therapy group on site that is able to provide rehabilitation and physical therapy exercises.

  • q-iconWhat do I need to bring?

    We recommend that our guests bring a change of clothes to keep at the facility, adult diapers if necessary, and a bathing suit if they plan to participate in water classes. Also, if they will be taking medication during their day with us, we require a prescription bottle with their meds to keep at the facility- your pharmacist may split meds into two separate bottles if asked.
